I spent a great time at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Buidling, or Tokyo City Hall. This Obseratory is very famous for the breathtaking view. To get on top of this building with it 48 storey, there is actually no charge. Yes, it is for free.The weather was not so clear so I didn´t get the chance to see Mount Fuji from there.
